My name is Ida Freimer.
I am a RealtorŪ and the broker/owner of Internet Real Estate in
Dover, Massachusetts. Yet I am not a typical sales person.
My graduate degrees are in Mathematics and Computer Science. I am
good with data and I am skilled and through with property
research. I am good at anticipating
and resolving problems. I am organized and when it's
important, I can act on a moments notice to do
whatever I have to do to ensure your transaction proceedes
smoothly and professionally.
I am well aware of how the business
works and I can negotiate successfully. To be absolutely honest,
I am not great at advertising myself or manipulating people
decisions... I am up front and honest by nature.
I read my e-mail and check my voice mail many times a day and I
respond as soon as practical.
I use e-mail and Internet a lot, not just to put it on my
business card to look modern. :-) I write and I maintain those
pages myself, thus I can keep them more up to date than some
pages you buy from a provider, and I can make them more relevant
to my particular market. Also, it means that if you find
something here, I happen to be personally aware of it, to the
extent of being able to write about it.
In the past I worked for a traditional company (DeWolfe) and for a company designed for top agents (RE/MAX). In October 2001, I have established my own real estate office - Internet Real Estate.
Internet Real Estate
is a traditional office expanded with lots of Internet marketing
and with unbundled services. We provide regular brokerage
services: marketing of properties on behalf of sellers, buyer’s
agency and traditional buyer’s services. We also provide
consulting and limited services for people who may be interested
in doing some of the work themselves. Finally, we have a
relocation division, which can locate for you an agent around the
world, should you need one. If you are a licensed agent in MA and
are not associated with a broker, we can place your referrals on
your behalf.

is a company established to facilitate customers’ access to
information. I have always strongly believed that consumers
deserve to be well informed. Therefore, I update this web site
